General Rules

  • Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all adult guests.
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
  • The farmhouse is strictly for residential/lifestyle use—no illegal activities are permitted.
  • Visitors who are not part of the booking are not allowed without prior approval.

Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Please keep all areas clean, especially the kitchen, outdoor spaces, and pool surroundings.
  • Avoid relocating furniture without permission.
  • Strictly no sticking on walls.
  • No spitting inside the property will be allowed.
  • Do not misuse or tamper with electrical, plumbing, or safety equipment.

Noise & Music

  • Music volume must be kept moderate at all times.
  • No loud music after 10 PM as per local regulations.
  • DJ setups, large speakers, or sound systems are not allowed unless approved.

Pool Usage

  • Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguard is present.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  • No food, glass bottles, or sharp objects near the pool.

Alcohol & Smoking

  • Alcohol consumption is allowed responsibly as per Govt Norms.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Liquor consumption below 18years will not be entertained.
  • Only Local purchase liquor along with bill will be allowed. Strictly duty free/Goa/Delhi or other state or country purchase bottle will not be allowed.
  • Drug and hukka use is strictly prohibited.

Safety & Security

  • Please secure all gates and doors when not in use.
  • The management is not responsible for loss of valuables.
  • Fireworks, bonfires, and hazardous materials are not allowed without prior permission.

Pets

  • Allowed only with pre-approval.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2 PM
  • Check-out: 11 AM
  • Any change in timings must be approved in advance.
  • Late check-out charges may apply Subject to availability.
